Privacy policy

Last updated: October 8, 2026 · Version 2026-10-08

This policy explains, in plain terms, what information sefirothdev.com collects, what it is used for and what you can do about it. The site is small and collects very little.

In short: the site uses no cookies, no third-party analytics and no advertising. I only process personal data when you write to me through the form, and in a very limited way when you click the fist-bump button.

1. Data controller

Cristhian Fernando Gutiérrez Acosta, owner of SefirothDev, Cali, Colombia. For anything about personal data you can write to acrissfer@gmail.com.

2. What data I process and why

3. Cookies, analytics and third parties

The site does not set cookies, does not use analytics or advertising tools, and does not load scripts, fonts or libraries from external sites: everything is served from this same domain. If I add a measurement tool in the future, I will update this policy before turning it on.

When you click external links (WhatsApp, LinkedIn or the demo hosted on Netlify) you move to sites with their own privacy policies.

4. Who the data is shared with

I do not sell or hand over your data. These providers take part in making the site work:

These providers may process data on servers outside Colombia, under their own security measures and policies.

5. Security

The site runs over HTTPS, configuration files are not reachable from the internet, form data is validated on the server and submissions are limited to prevent abuse. No system is infallible, but I handle information with care.

6. Your rights

Under Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 and its regulations, you may:

To exercise them, write to acrissfer@gmail.com stating your name and what you need. I will answer within the deadlines set by law. If you are in another country, the rights of your local legislation may also apply to you.

7. Minors

This site is not aimed at people under 18 and I do not intentionally collect data from minors.

8. Changes to this policy

If the way the site handles data changes, I will update this page and show the date of the new version at the top.
